Horror films these days just aren't scary, they go for the cheap scare or recycle long rehashed terror tropes ... that is with rare exceptions...... The Autopsy of Jane Doe is one of those rare exceptions and it does so exceedingly well.
This film is not for the timid, imagine being told that the realistic autopsy will be the least creepiest part of this film. This film will legitimately creep you out without resorting to the cheap scares tactics endemic with most horror films these days... A must see.
