Review of The Assassination of Richard Nixon (2004) by Dominick G — 11 Aug 2007
This is a solid character study, featuring a typically stellar Penn performance. The protagonist's breakdown is rendered clearly and sympathetically, without downplaying the fact that he's essentially nuts.
It's all Penn all the time, though; Naomi Watts and Don Cheadle are wasted.
