Recommendable on the strengths of a fine cast and a much-needed deconstruction of the Jesse James mythos though "The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford" suffers stylistically whenever director Andrew Dominik intermittently attempts to ape the ambience of a Terrance Malick picture.
