An amazing film that rivals Zodiac, There Will Be Blood, and No Country for Old Men as the best film of 2007. Casey Affleck is phenomenal; the real standout however is Brad Pitt's performance as Jesse James.
It's Pitt's best performance and literally one of the best performances committed to film. This film is damn near perfect; the only reason I don't give it 5 stars is simply because I barely ever give a perfect rating.
This is as close as it gets. You'll be missing one of the greatest cinematic achievements if you miss it.
