Review of The Artist (2011) by George C — 25 Nov 2012
We've developed the skill of the cinema for almost hundred years. When we use what we've learn back on a silent film, and we get "The Artist." This film not only tributes the old but also makes a way to the new comers.
This movie is very thoughtful. Every little thing has it's meaning. However, the movie is delight in the same time. The story is simple yet powerful. And all the thoughtful details build up the depth of the film.
I think it is just like a piece of cake from 5 star French restaurant. It is worthy to get it, watch it and study it several times.
