Bringing out the romantic in me, The Artist is a beautifully nostalgic new old movie, painting together coherently all the simple little pieces of old cinema I've grown up loving - reminding us to listen again to the music beyond the sound.
Excellent performances, faithful to its daringly old-fashioned style to the end. I love it. :).
