It isn't arty or intellectual, though it is artful and ingenious, and it's the rare crowd-pleaser that never feels obvious or pandering. also jean dujardin is OMG hot hot hot! its also the irony of all ironies that a silent film in a form thought 2 b extinct walks off with the best picture Oscar!
