The Artist is charming, one of the films that reminds everyone why they love the movies, and it also displays the evolution of film itself through the plot, which is the fall of silent films and the majority of their stars as talking pictures are introduced along with the rise of young and new stars.
Wonderful performances by Jean Dujardin and Berenice Bejo, along with the supporting cast of James Cromwell and John Goodman. I absolutely love it.
