Review of The Artist (2011) by James O — 30 Dec 2013
Cleverly made with a great eye for detail. A film chronicling the end of the silents whilst also bringing back its fleeting revival at the same time. Proves that you can still make a great film without any dialogue.
I was fortunate enough to watch this with a live orchestra at the royal Albert hall just to add to the nostalgic experience and it didn't disappoint.
