Okay, so a U.N. version of MI6/CIA is a bit of an oxymoron, let alone a stretch.. and it's got its share of cliche and a sprinkling of dumb straw-men re: conservatism. That aside it's a great action flick with some real nice swerves.
And it was cool to see Michael Biehn outside of the Terminator franchise. Art of War is of my very favorite modern 'B' movies next to Lionheart, Bloodsport, and Murder at 1600 (also starring Snipes).
