INTRIGUING SCI-FI THRILLER, SOMETIMES A LITTLE SLOW PACED, BUT OVERALL IT IS ENGROSSING. CHARLIE SHEEN DOES A FINE JOB. THE PLOT DEALS WITH SHEEN DETECTING SOME UNUSUAL SIGNALS THAT HE BELIEVES IS FROM EXTRA-TERRESTRIALS.
IT GETS A BIT EXTREME AT TIMES THOUGH.
