Review of The Arrival (1996) by Lee G — 14 Aug 2007
So so film, the concept of aliens subversively speeding up the process of global warming so that they can inhabit the planet and faze us out is quite clever and the films pacing was good, with plot changes being revealed well for the most part.
However sets, CGI and Charlie Sheens farcical bordering on slapstick acting reminiscent of the facial expressions within silent movies made this film fall a bit flat and silly!
