I'd never heard the joke, but now I've heard a hundred variations -- Guy walks into a talent agent's office: "So I've got this great act. It's a family act. My wife comes on stage first.
She's naked and pregnant. She has to be in labor for the act to work, so we can only do it about once a year. So, she's giving birth right and now me, my 12 year old son and grandpa come out and start masturbating.
Out comes the head. We all ejaculate on the just-born baby's head. Then my daughter comes out, naked of course, and starts performing oral sex on the just born baby. The men feed on the placenta and paint each others' faces with the blood etc etc ad nauseum.
"Wow! Amazing! What's the act called?" -- "The Aristocrats".
