A decent film, would have worked better as a short. Some people are obviously funnier than others (thumbs up George Carlin, shock, I know. thumbs down Bob Saget. we get it, you were on Full House and you curse. HYSTERICAL!).
Overall though, you can only hear different variations of the same joke so many times. If this film was 45-55 min, it would be much more enjoyable. Worth checking out if youre a fan of comedy and comedians in general though, just be ready to hit the fast forward button.
