This is a fun movie. I remember first seeing this when I was 10 years old and cracked up at the scenes when the bumbling boneheaded butler was being ambushed by the dogs. And Scat Cat and his alley cat band were fantastic.
"Everybody...everybody...everybody wants to be a cat!".
