Review of The Apartment (1960) by Daniel T — 29 Oct 2008
Jack Lemmon as Baxter had me mesmerized. I was just drawn by his every move and line and mannerism - an amazing performance. I must admit that I never really liked Some Like It Hot as I thought it didn't have a 'full' story but this had everything that you'd ask for for this genre.
I just rooted for Lemmon and MacLaine to be together against all odds from the get-go. Put it down in my favorites list.
