Comedy and tragedy go hand in hand in this romantic piece. It's captivating, romantic and humorous yet at the same time in parts satirical and dark.
Although made in 1960, the theme hasn't dated and stands the test of time.
I always enjoy watching this and empathising with the lead characters. This is one of my favourite movies - a true gem. I get more from it with every watch.
