Review of The Ant Bully (2006) by Keith M — 23 Dec 2009
Of a similar vein to a bug's life but with a bullying theme. The boy is the new kid on the block (new area moved to) and the children and unkind to him. He take out his anger initially upon his parents and the ant hill in the garden.
Long and short of it is the ant's shrink the boy to their size so that he will learn to be like an ant and understand their lifestyle so that he can be a better person in himself. He then stands up to the bully's in his new neighbourhood.
It plods along at a suitable pace to keep it mildly entertaining. Couple of good laughs here and there. Teamwork is key....
