Review of The Animatrix (2003) by Vinujan A — 25 May 2008
Informative collection of short films illustrating the foundations and concepts surrounding the Matrix.
I found some good and bad CGI in these set of films.
Also this gave you a more in depth look into why we have agents and how the origins of the matrix and human vs. machine war began. Who started it? Who screw up? What happened after? What's happening?
It ended just like the way that matrix trilogy begins there are also some similar archetypal scenes with the Matrix trilogy itself.
Btw, there is absolutely no nudity in this there are some scenes with them with her in some red lingerie but other than that and even that was a big and fat ugly.
Anyways this was honestly just pure informational with some decent plot behind it. But honestly if you haven't watched the Matrix Trilogy, this is going to be a snooze.
Recommend it if you've seen the matrix.
