Review of The Animatrix (2003) by Seth R — 22 Oct 2009
Kind of hard to rate it as a whole since the segments vary in quality from "meh" (Beyond, Kid's Story) to "pants-shittingly awesome" (Program, A Detective Story, The Second Rennaisance Pts. I and II). Still, none of them are bad by any means and Matrix fans of course will dig them all.
Also, a warning: The Second Rennaisance, Pt. II is some of the most disturbing media I have ever watched, animated or otherwise. You have been warned.
