Encapsulates the franchise with various non related shorts which give depth to the workings of the Matrix universe, from its origins (The Second Renaissance), to the minor day to day events (Beyond).
'Detective story' is possibly the weakest segment in the compilation, and even then it's still very watchable.
This is, by far, a better watch than the sequels, and it explains a lot more.
