Some of the best segments of the animatrix are pieces that should have been included in the original matrix. The Second Renaissance part one and two are amazing and could have been its own movie by themselves and should have been included in the first matrix movie. World record has amazing choreography and artistic animation that draws you in. Program is an oldschool throwback to 1990's animation but adds a twist of mind bending thoughts and visuals. Beyond is an amazing journey in the matrix itself, a fantasy that is deliciously animated and leaves you wanting to know more. A Detective Story Has some awesome stylized animation and a old school detective story that is pulled off very well.

I wasnt crazy about the others, but then again I wouldnt call them filler.
