I would have to say this is on par with the original Matrix. So many extremely talented people worked on this. The variety of animation styles is extraordinary, and the techniques used are very diverse and creative.
The only things better than the animation are the stories they tell. The universe of the Matrix is widely expanded beyond the scope of the original film.
