Review of The Amityville Horror (2005) by David E — 11 Jan 2013
Having seen the original 1979 film, this remake has some decent scares & strong, eerie acting from Ryan Reynolds (normally a funny guy); not to mention, his performance is quite similar to James Brolin's from the original.
The acting for the other actors could have been a little better. Even though I detest remakes, this one was pretty decent & good.
