Review of The Amityville Curse (1990) by George B — 18 Sep 2009

I waited so long to see this, just because it's the only Amityville movie not yet on DVD in the USA, and boy was I disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this movie, that is unless you would enjoy watching five annoying adults sit around an old dirty 'haunted' house for an hour and a half.

Not much happens during the movie at all. It took me a while to realize this doesn't even have any sort of connection to the other Amitvyille movies. It's a different house in the same town. But I do admit that I liked the last fifteen minutes where it become a fun B movie.

.and I LOVED the scene where she waked up and starts writing 'FORGIVE ME 111', the pencil tip breaks, and yet in the next shot she's still writing. Hahaha.
