This is a fun, twisty neo-noir film set in a modern-day Buffalo that still feels stuck in the 1960s or 1970s. Greg Stuhr is quietly powerful in the lead, and Camilla Belle is both enticing and creepy. Throw in a plot based on the lost designs of Nicola Tesla and you've got a fantastic little film!
