It's a tale about one man - but it's not a "spy thriller," nor does it contain an ounce of "suspense." The honest description of this film is boring and slow, and the failure to provide any background information about the protagonist means that it's difficult to like him or feel any sort of connection.
Chalk up another Clooney snorefest.
