Even though this had George Clooney as the lead (I dislike him for unexplained reasons), I rented this because the premise sounded interesting. What could've been a pretty cool movie turned out slow and boring.
It takes itself very seriously, which may be one of the issues. The character development is piss-poor. I care nothing about them. Jack is stale and lacking in discernible personality. I care even less for the romance between Jack and the prostitute, Clara, as it feels very forced.
I knew he was in this small Italian town to carry out a final hit but much of what is happening is lost on me. I didn't enjoy it, to put it simply.
