Review of The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) by Amber B — 24 Nov 2018

It's tense at the right moments, and a lot of the jokes landed. The action is fast-paced and well choreographed (even if the CGI is a bit obvious). The acting is alright, not great, but the story and dialogue is a miss most of the time. I think if they dropped the Peter's parents subplot and that opening scene, I'd like it a lot more.

My favourite part was the music, hands-down.
