A great reliving of the story of Spider-Man. This movie provided wonderful action scenes, excellent/ charming chemistry between Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone, and a perfect portrayal of Spider-Man done by Andrew Garfield.
It also provided a better Spider-Man story than the very first film which was directed by Sam Raimi, as they gave more detail why Peter Parker should become Spider-Man, the shots/scenes of Spider-Man swinging gave the feeling you are watching a true protector or a guardian angel of NYC, which made Spider-Man look more of a greater hero than he did in Raimi's trilogy and was not cheesy(the first one with Raimi was a little cheesy).
The Lizard is a dinosaur that you can get use to anytime. He was strong, smart and threatening which makes a superhero movie exciting much like Spider-Man 2's Doc Ock, but less better. There is nothing to argue about this movie for it had a fine plot with a perfect cast, but was still not as good as Spider-Man 2.
However, a very good start for a whole new Spider-Man franchise. Top 5 for sure. This is the second best Spider-Man film. 95%.
