Review of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014) by Clay W — 06 Jun 2015

This movie looks great and I found the action scenes to be very well done. It's a shame that most of the stuff in between the action scenes is so lackluster. This movie does a poor job of establishing a threat and creating villains.

The ending feels rushed and tacked on. Garfield and Stone do have great chemistry though, even if I did become a little disinterested in their romantic subplot. The visuals do save this movie a bit and Webb did a fine job directing.
