Clearly, someone didn't learn from Spider-Man 3 that too many characters isn't always a good thing. With 3 villains, one of which only gets 3 minutes of screen time, poorly handled origin stories, extremely boring side plots and a terrible ending, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 fails on multiple levels, and it's stellar special effects and cast can't save it.
