And people complained about Raimi's third "Spider-Man 3." When will the makers of these superhero movies realize that it is of not a great idea to cram in as many villains as possible. We have this bizarre Rhino character that is just Paul Giamatti screaming in a cartoonish manor, we get Jamie Foxx as a guy who gets electric powers and wants to kill Spider-Man because he forgot his birthday, and we get Harry Osborn who becomes the Green Goblin who wants Spider-Man's magic blood.

What is it with writers Kurtzman and Orci and MAGIC BLOOD? The film is a mess. It's hard to be engaged when the actual plot keeps changing and is too hard to follow. The romance between Peter and Gwen feels like an afterthought and never works.

..which makes anything that happens to them and her have less impact. Visual effects look better this time around, and Spider-Man's suit is less designed (in fact it is pretty much just the suit from the Raimi films).

..but those are about the only positives. Movie is incoherent and awful, maybe it is time to put Spider-Man to bed.
