Honestly, the first time I saw this movie, I loved it. The Spidey fan-boy in me didn't let me look at it critically until I saw it a second time. The movie tries to do too much and fails flat on it's face doing it.
The best thing this movie has going for it is an outstanding cast, but even a great cast can't carry a movie if they have little to work with.
