Review of The Alamo (2004) by Simone S — 14 Jul 2009
Oddly enough, I liked this one a lot more then the broody 1960 version directed by John Wayne. This is a lot less sprawling (even though it is 2 hours +), the implications are a lot more clearer and characters well developed.
The final Alamo battle is pretty amazing.
