It tried to be a Magnolia or Crash....ensemble cast with nonlinear connecting plot but it just lacked life and any kind of spark. They assembled a really great cast but u didn't care about any of them.

There were too many cliched scenes and characters...u can predict what's going to happen next because u've seen the story countless times in tv shows and films...and u are sad that you're prediction is correct.

...like that guy so bored that he could predict the future yet couldn't change it. That is this film in a nut shell.
