Review of The Age of Innocence (1993) by Rami R — 09 Oct 2009
Scorsese's aggressively shot costume drama has all the energy of Goodfellas but the tone of a Jane Austen adaptation. A painful story of lost love that is unfortunately hampered by the limited range of Winona Ryder.
Pfeiffer and Day Lewis are aces though.
