Depressing version of an often told story. It brings to mind the song lyrics of, "Where Or When." "It seems we stood and talked like this before. We looked at each other in the same way then, can't remember where or when.
The cloths you're wearing are the cloths that you wore..." Trust me, you've seen this before done far better in the past.
