Review of The African Queen (1952) by Henry B — 01 Jan 2008
Probably Huston's finest directorial effort. It's also one of Bogart and Hepburn's most memorable peformances and despite being set in one locale it never manages to lose tempo and is thrilling and gripping up until the last frame.
