The brand new Spielberg film is a surprisingly great movie that pulls all the strings to make this movie work for adults and children (but children not too young). Now I know many people will compare this to Raiders of the Lost Ark and I would understand why.

But this is less violent, less dark and less action-packed. But this movie has a good number of actors in this film and it also has a great script co-written by Edgar Wright. The whole film is about a young reporter looking for the secret of the Unicorn.

Now I hate explaining plots, there's a lot more plot than this but I like getting into the review, so let's do it. First of all, the film's motion-capture is fantastic. They should do this for all movies and video games, it's revolutionary! What I also like about it is that it isn't too long, so the kids won't get bored.

It is a great kids movie too and adults will like it as well. The film does have one negative blow against it, Jamie Bell. I felt everyone did their part except for Bell. I sort of got annoyed by his performance as Tintin.

And I felt that dog is nothing special, Paramount, stop adverting that dog! It bugs the crap out of me. Nevertheless, this is still a great film that has some fantastic performances (except for Bell's) and great dialogue and an adventure plot that sticks with you.

I am defiantly recommending this movie!
