Review of The Adventures of Tintin (2011) by Adam P — 05 Oct 2012
Good. The animation is good , the plot is ok , the screen - play is good , and the voice actors are great. The animation is good , but not great to me it kinda felt alittle creepy they should have just made the movie fully animated not with the actors not only voiceing the characters but being the characters.
The plot is well ok it could of been more like National Treasure where theirs more mystery then all out shooting and chasing after each other. The screen - play is good , but I would have liked to have seen Tintin awake more then him being knocked out by some bad guy every 5 minutes.
The voice actors are great they were well chosen for roles and i'm talking to you Jamie Bell and Andy Serkis. I also had wished this movie was much longer then it is. More like 2 hours and 50 minutes then 2 hours and 2 minutes you see what I mean.
I also think they could of made Tintin's character more caring about people then wanting them to risk getting themselfs killed. I also didn't think that the wallet stealer and Thomson and Thompson were needed in making this movie they were a waste of screen - time.
. Recommended to people 9 - 46 years old. B.
