With its brisk pace, fair direction, beautiful animation, stunning visuals & some really good action sequences, Herge's Tintin meets Spielberg's Indiana Jones. Magnificently captured by WETA digital, the characters are fairly voiced, richly detailed, brilliantly photographed & overall, stunningly well animated.
The disappointments might come from the lack of character depth & it is not very emotionally engaging. Still, The Adventures of Tintin is one hell of an entertainer & should satisfy most viewers.
