Review of The Adventures of Tintin (2011) by Joe L — 30 Jul 2012
Some of the best mo-cap I've ever seen, with triumph in the realm of "Herge-ing" the character's proportions. At one point in the film I said out loud "we're almost there" when I forgot I was watching CG characters.
A memorable score by John Williams that stands out in one of the most entertaining opening credits sequences I've seen. I will watch this movie again and again for many reasons, but most importantly one of the coolest action sequences that takes place without a single cut.
