Lots of stars stop by to say hi in this unfunny and unnecessary live action tale mixed with animated characters of the old tv show. I didn't grow up with this, and anyone who didn't will find it completely unaccessible.
DeNiro spoofs himself as the villain, but he does it better in other films.
