Accurately captures the silliness of the original cartoon, but the acting is pretty terrible, including Jason Alexander who does terribly, and Robert de Niro who seems only to be trying to prove to everyone he can do silly comedy.
Rocky and Bullwinkle are fun together onscreen, though. Piper Perabo is a mixed bag, sometimes she hits it spot on and sometimes she falls dead flat. The cameos are fun as well.
