This is truly one of the very best of old Hollywood. Despite its age and simplicity by todays standards this movie never ceases to entertain. Superb casting, good fable, and great pacing make this a timeless action adventure classic!
This is the role Errol Flynn was born to play. The ultimate lovable rogue.
Michael Curtiz paces this movie so well that it literally flies. Perfect use of music to keep the pace up throughout. I put this flick right up in a league with the Wizard of Oz as a timeless classic. I truly never tire of this flick!
