Review of The Adventures of Milo and Otis (1986) by Steph O — 05 Aug 2010
The ultimate kiddies movie. I still love it just as much as I did when I was little. "The Adventures of Milo and Otis" is so goddamn cute. For those who haven't seen it, it's a life action film about a cat and a dog who go on this adventure, and Dudley Moore narrates and provides their voices.
It's seems pretty silly when you first start watching it, but then you can't help saying "Awww!" every few seconds. Cats are so effing adorable. Especially the ginger cats in this movie.
I'm not a huge animal person in general, I just love cats. And I love this movie. The animals don't move their mouths by the way - which I appreciated. I hate it when they use those awful effects to make their mouths move.
Nope, these cats and dogs and pigs and deers and bears just bounce around being cute. Some of the things they got these animals to do are bloody amazing. Must have taken so long to film.
