Review of The Adventures of Huck Finn (1993) by Connor G — 12 Mar 2011
It was doing so well, all the way up until the last 15 minutes. Then it got REALLY Disney. A whole bunch of crappy morals and a happy ending. The rest of the movie was a good depiction of the book, minus the racial slurs of course.
I enjoyed it greatly, and I really hope that a good, serious adaptation of this book is released at some point.
