Early 90's Andrew Dice Clay vehicle in which he plays his comedic shtick and is a rock n roll detective. The overdose of Vince Neill sets him off on a case featuring such small roles played by Gilbert Gottfried, Wayne Newton, Priscilla Presley, Robert Englund, and Ed O'Neill.
The supporting roles and a few one liners save it but it is something of a mess that tries to be an action comedy.
