Fantastic movie! I went to see it at my local korean cinema best part was that it had english subtitles. Choi Min-sik gives an amazing performance as Admiral Yi Sun-Shin, the the greatest naval admiral in history.
The pacing of the film was great with enough things going on to keep my attention the whole time. I recommend reading about Yi Sun-Shin before watching the movie since it'll help you keep up. The film assumes you know who he is already and what a turtle ship is.
.. look up turtle ship too while you're at it.
